Agreement

These terms are between you and gaming.tools, an eenmanszaak registered in the Netherlands with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KVK number 84672056. By using the server, directly or through an AI assistant, you agree to them and to the privacy notice.

The service

The server is a free tool that lets AI assistants design bases for the game Pax Dei with its building pieces, check them against the game's support rules as reproduced by gaming.tools, and export plans that open in the Gaming.Tools base planner. It is a fan-made tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Mainframe Industries. Plans are suggestions: the game may treat a build differently, and you decide what you build.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or probe the server, work around its limits, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block traffic that does.

Your plans

The plans you export are yours to use and share. An exported plan stays at its link, and anyone with the link can open it; builds themselves are deleted 12 hours after their last change, so export what you want to keep. We may remove exported plans, for example on request or if the service stops, so download the ones you rely on.

Changes and availability

We may change, limit or stop the service at any time, without notice where the change is needed to protect it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, gaming.tools gives no warranties about its accuracy or availability and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost gameplay, in-game resources or data. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or rights you have as a consumer.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by Dutch law, and courts in the Netherlands have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you another place or law. Questions go to privacy@gaming.tools.
