Privacy notice

For the Pax Dei Base Planner server at paxdei-mcp.gaming.tools, which AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT use to design bases. Last updated 25 September 2026.

Who is responsible

gaming.tools, an eenmanszaak registered in the Netherlands with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KVK number 84672056, is the controller for the processing described here. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@gaming.tools.

What the server receives

The server has no accounts and asks for no personal information. It receives what your assistant sends when it uses the planner's tools: build names, the pieces it places and the building scripts it writes. Your assistant may pass on words you typed, such as a name for your build, so do not put personal information in them.

Like every website, the server also receives your connection's IP address, or the address of your assistant's provider when the provider connects on your behalf.

What is kept, and for how long

• A build is kept on the server only while it is being worked on, and deleted automatically 12 hours after its last change.
• When your assistant exports a build, the plan (its name, pieces and plots) is stored so its links keep working. Anyone who has a link can open the plan. Exported plans are kept while the service runs; to have one removed, email us its link.
• IP addresses are used to limit how many requests one address can make per minute. We do not store them.
• Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps operational request logs for up to 7 days to run the service and investigate abuse.

What we do not do

The server sets no cookies and has no analytics, advertising or tracking. We do not sell information, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Other parties

Your conversation with your assistant, including anything you ask it, is handled by the assistant's provider under its own privacy policy, for example OpenAI for ChatGPT or Anthropic for Claude. Cloudflare hosts this server and processes requests on our behalf.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal data, and object to its processing. Because the server does not identify you, we usually cannot link a build to you: builds delete themselves within 12 hours, and we remove an exported plan when you send us its link. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
